The Nitpick subscription costs $9 a month per account, excluding VAT. Paddle sells it as merchant of record, so cancelling and refunds go through Paddle.
How to cancel
- Sign in to the dashboard and open Billing.
- From there, go to the customer portal of Paddle.
- Cancel the subscription in the portal. In the same portal you can change your payment method and download your invoices.
You can cancel at any time.
What happens after you cancel
Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not end the period you already paid for: everything keeps working until the end of that period. After that, the same steps apply as when a payment stops:
| From | What happens |
|---|---|
| End of the paid period | Everything keeps working for 14 days, with a warning in the dashboard. |
| 14 days later | New reports are locked: you see how many there are, not what they say. |
| 44 days after the end of the paid period | The feedback tab disappears from your apps and no new reports come in. |
| 46 days after the end of the paid period | We delete the locked reports, with their screenshots. |
| 136 days after the end of the paid period | We delete the other reports, with their screenshots. |
Your app users never see an error. You can start the subscription again at any time on the Billing page; everything that is still there can then be read at once, including the locked reports.
Refunds
Because Paddle is the seller, Paddle approves a refund first and then pays it out. To ask for one, write to support@appsko.com from the email address of your account, and say which period you want refunded. We answer every request by email.
What a refund changes:
- A full refund of a period (or a chargeback) moves the end of your paid period back to the start of that period. The steps above then count from that date.
- A partial refund does not change your access.
Nothing on this page limits the rights the law gives you.
